Question

User is  looking for a way to integrate the same live feed we get at the office onto a website I'm creating, only accessible to our employees at SAT, but so that we can do sort of work from home/ just access it outside the office if need be.

Basically they want to build an internal dashboard/website that displays the existing LSEG real-time feed and calculations to employees on company/personal devices outside the office. What license/entitlement do they need for this? and what's the process.

Additionally, there is Choosing a Real-time Streaming API article to help you choosing the right Real-Time API that suite to your needs. The Real-Time APIs provides both real-time streaming and real-time snapshot data for you.

If you do not need a streaming data for your dashboard, the RESTful APIs like Delivery Platform APIs (RDP, aka Data Platform) and the TRKD API also provide snapshot pricing data for you the via HTTP REST interface.

Please contact your LSEG representative (CSM, Account Manager, or Sale Team) to help you get the product license and permission that matches your requirement.

The LSEG real-time feed data can be retrieved via LSEG Real-time APIs, which are listed in Real-Time Platform | Developer Community (Check LSEG WebSocket API or Real-time Java/C/C++ SDK)

However, this forum is dedicated to an API usage question. Hence, the moderators on this forum do not have deep expertise in every type of licenses/entitlement available through LSEG products. Such expertise is available through the Helpdesk, which can be reached via LSEG Support. You can raise the ticket there and the support team is going to contact you directly to assist with this.
