Access Delayed prices Via the Pricing Streaming and Real-Time Services

I am using the the Websocket API for Pricing Streaming and Real-Time Services and I would like to access delayed prices. The whole world can access https://www.reuters.com/markets/quote/.N225/ and get delayed prices so can I not do so via the API? I was told to add a "/" at the start as and request "/.N225" but I get the error "Refinitiv access denied for RIC '/.N225': code=NotEntitled, text=Access Denied: User req to IDN for Exch"

Please verify which real-time product you are using: Real-Time Distribution System (RTDS) or Real-Time Optimized (RTO).

• If you are using RTO, please contact your LSEG account team or sales representative to verify your access permissions.
