Hello.
We are currently conducting tests by following the instructions you provided last week.
I have a question.
When I access API Playground - /streaming/pricing/v1/, the login fails with the following message. Could you tell me the cause?
"Login Rejected. Watchlist size of 0 for 'WS JSON2' connection is outside of range [1,3000] supported for this ADS fanout tier for this type of connection."
I have tried using every endpoint identified as "ap", but the results were the same.

Typically, the RTO account should be a machine ID. Therefore, you need to use a machine ID to get a token and then use the token to login to the RTO server.

You can refer to this Learn Refinitiv WebSocket APIs with Postman article.

Each endpoint has its own permission requirements. Access to the /data/pricing/snapshots/v1/ endpoint with a human ID does not automatically grant the same account permission to connect to the real-time server.

Please contact your LSEG account team or sales representative directly to confirm which account is authorized to connect to the real-time server.

You may need to check which account you are using (human ID (email), machine ID (V1 or V2)).

I am using a human ID; is only a machine ID possible? I haven't created a password for the machine ID yet. Calling https://api.refinitiv.com/data/pricing/snapshots/v1/ with a human ID works fine.
