I assume you are looking to connect to the Real-Time Optimized (RTO) service. RTO requires two types of connections:

An HTTPS connection to the Real-Time Delivery Platform (RDP) for authentication and retrieval of available RTO endpoints.
A WebSocket connection to the RTO endpoints.

My colleagues have already shared the RTO Configuration Guide, which includes the required endpoint whitelist for WebSocket connections.

For the HTTPS connection, you can find the RDP whitelisting requirements on this RDP API Gateway public IPs document.
